Old Japanese Castle Hall

This project had a few new things I worked in. The modeling was done in Maya 2019, I learned some new tricks with UVs to really cut the build time. I found substances won't always look like their references until you adjust them after they are in the engine. The decal projection of damage to the walls was only a challenge due to B2M not wanting to work for more than a few minutes at a time. The particle dust effect was fun, and I think I am going to like cascade as much as I was hoping I was going to like effects.
This project affirmed my like for textures, lighting, effects, and environments.
